4.3 ok.play is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering legislation. KYC verification requires the submission of:
4.4 KYC verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal from your ok.play Account. ok.play may additionally require updated KYC documentation at any time, including upon a significant increase in account activity or upon reaching applicable transaction thresholds.
4.5 ok.play reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This does not affect your right to continue placing wagers using verified deposit funds while KYC review is in progress.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok.play login credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account.
5.2 You must not share your ok.play login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorized such activity.
5.3 You must notify ok.play's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. ok.play will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your Account upon receipt of such notification.
5.4 ok.play will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from ok.play that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
6.1 ok.play accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the Deposits section of your Account.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and linked to the same identity as your ok.play Account. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name — are strictly prohibited.
6.3 Deposited funds are credited to your ok.play Wallet in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation, as determined by ok.play.
6.4 ok.play does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. ok.play bears no liability for fees levied by third-party payment providers.
6.5 In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider, ok.play reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, reverse any winnings derived from wagers placed using those funds, and pursue recovery of any amounts owed.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered ok.play Account holder. ok.play does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory. ok.play reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity patterns.
7.3 ok.play aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 5 to 20 minutes of request submission for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed on the same business day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.
7.4 ok.play reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits on individual accounts. Current applicable limits are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account settings.
7.5 Any withdrawals found to involve proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity will be withheld and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in compliance with applicable law. ok.play cooperates fully with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory bodies in such investigations.
8.1 ok.play may offer various promotional bonuses, cashback credits, free bets, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to eligible registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.3 ok.play reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to change and may not be available to all players at all times.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting identified errors or loopholes, or engaging in any form of coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

13.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, ok.play's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ok.play's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
14.1 ok.play collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept ok.play's Privacy Policy.
14.2 ok.play processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including PAGCOR reporting obligations and AMLC compliance), customer support, and service improvement.

15.2 Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of ok.play following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
